How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery costs R200. Sale orders over R6,000 qualify for free delivery, calculated on your final order total after discounts.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver via courier throughout South Africa. International shipping is currently unavailable.
How long will my Black Friday order take to arrive?
Black Friday orders will be processed the following week. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, depending on your location. Deliveries do not take place over weekends.
How can I contact customer support?
Email info@hydraulicsstores.co.za with your query and order number, if applicable. Our dedicated team is available during working hours.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email damages@hydraulicsstores.co.za with your order number and clear photographs of the damage so our team can assess the issue.
Can I exchange an eligible item for a different size?
Size exchanges depend on stock availability. Your replacement will only be dispatched once the original item has reached our warehouse. If your requested size becomes unavailable, a credit will be issued instead.
What condition must an item be in for a return or exchange?
Items must be unused and undamaged, with all original labels, stickers, accessories and packaging intact.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If you have not received your order or an update after 10 working days, email info@hydraulicsstores.co.za with your order number.
Can I collect my online order in-store?
No, online orders are delivered by courier. Please provide a delivery address rather than a Hydraulics store address.
Can I change my order after checkout?
Once your order is placed, we cannot change the size, colour, style, delivery address or contact details. Please check all your details carefully before completing checkout.
Can I return or exchange a sale item?
Certain sale items may qualify for a return or size exchange, while others are excluded. Please email info@hydraulicsstores.co.za with your order number to confirm eligibility. A R200 transport fee applies to qualifying returns or exchanges.
