If you would prefer to return the item and select a different product instead:

• We will first confirm whether the item qualifies for return. Returns accepted within 3 days of purchase
• Collection can be arranged either from the original delivery address or an alternative address provided by the customer.
• Once the item has been returned to us, a transport fee of R200 will be deducted from the credit issued.

The remaining balance will then be issued either:

• As an online coupon to shop on our website, or
• As a store credit to shop in-store.
